Britt Baliles is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Asheville office, serving clients throughout Western North Carolina's premier mountain communities. An Asheville native with deep roots in the region, Britt was raised in a family with a strong background in real estate ownership and management, giving her an early appreciation for property, stewardship, and long-term wealth-building.
Raised in a family that built generational wealth through strategic property investments, Britt developed an early understanding of market value, long-term planning and the lasting impact of real estate ownership. Today, she oversees her family's portfolio and applies that same strategic insight to help buyers, sellers and investors make informed real estate decisions.
Britt earned her degree in business finance from Appalachian State University, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class. With more than six years of industry experience, she is known for her attentive service, strong negotiation skills and in-depth understanding of market trends across Western North Carolina. Her analytical approach, paired with a commitment to clear communication and thoughtful guidance, allows her to create a seamless and personalized experience for every client.
Further strengthening her expertise, Britt recently purchased her first investment property outside of her primary residence, giving her firsthand experience with the renovation, value-building and investment process. She enjoys helping clients recognize a property's full potential, whether they are searching for a primary residence, mountain retreat or investment opportunity.
In addition to her real estate career, Britt is the founder of The Baliles Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to serving Western North Carolina through hands-on community involvement. Building meaningful relationships and giving back to the community remain central to both her personal and professional life.
Britt splits her time between Asheville and the Cashiers/Highlands area, providing clients with valuable insight into some of the region's most sought-after mountain markets. Based in North Asheville near the Grove Park Inn, she embraces the mountain lifestyle and enjoys worldwide travel, outdoor activities and hands-on renovation projects.
